Try before you buy

Every computer gets every feature of Chess Arrow free for 24 hours. Please use the trial to check that the app works on your computer and on the sites you play on before you buy.

All sales are final

Because you can try the full app first, we don't give refunds when you change your mind, stop using the app, or lose access to an account on a chess site.

When we do refund

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• You did not make the purchase yourself.
• The consumer law of your country gives you a right to a refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

If the app doesn't work

Email chessarrowapp@gmail.com with a short description and a screenshot, and we will work with you to fix it.

How refunds are made

Refunds are issued by Creem, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. After a refund the license key is disabled and can't be activated again.
